INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
All users of GQueues are required to login using their Google Account™ or Google Apps™ account. Google has made available certain account information to GQueues for use including your email address. To modify any of your Google account information, please use the means provided by Google. GQueues is not affiliated with Google and does NOT have access to, nor does it store your Google account password.
List contents and usage
The contents of your GQueues account are stored and maintained on Google servers which host the GQueues service. Because Google keeps backup copies of data for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure, residual copies of task list contents may remain on Google's systems for some time, even after you have deleted information or after the termination of your account.
GQueues also may collect information about the use of your account, such as how much storage you are using, how often you log in, and other information related to your registration and use of the GQueues service. Information displayed or clicked on in your GQueues account (including UI elements, links, and other information) is also recorded. We use this information internally to deliver the best possible service to you, such as improving the GQueues user interface.
We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. Such information does not identify you individually.
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as surveying users for feedback. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
We may also disclose your personal information as required by law such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. If GQueues is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information, and to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by GQueues and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
When you access the GQueues service, Google servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you including overall site functionality.
GQueues users with paid subscriptions will never be shown advertisements. Free GQueues Lite accounts may have advertisements from time to time. We partner with a third party to display advertising to Lite accounts and to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by clicking here (or if located in the European Union by clicking here). Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You may continue to receive generic ads.
When you send email or other communications to GQueues, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our service.
