Add reminders in Google Calendar to make sure you complete your tasks on time. To make your Google Tasks appear on your calendar, simply add a deadline with date and time — or just click on a time on your calendar and create the Task from there. As long as you have notifications enabled, you'll receive a reminder.
Have a lot of to-dos? You'll find that your calendar gets cluttered fast.
If you want a better way to add task reminders to Google Calendar, try GQueues. GQueues is the #1 task management tool for teams on Google Workspace. It integrates with your calendar in the same ways as Google Tasks, with an added benefit: you can sync your tasks using multiple calendars, so you can add or remove them from view as necessary. In this video, Ryeon demos how to set up a queue for your Personal tasks and Work tasks using GQueues so you can toggle them on or off on your calendar as necessary. (With Google Tasks, it's all or nothing: all your items sync to Google Calendar on the same list.)
