Tips to get started

  • Each client, lead, vendor or venue gets their own task. Use the task notes for contact info and links to websites.
  • Use the comments to keep a record of past work you’ve done for clients so you can reference it if they want to hire you again in the future. Same goes for vendors! Any time you work with them, leave a summary of what they did and how the experience was.
  • Use tags to add information to the contacts, and color-coordinate them so the important info stands out.
